Regulatory status and features
By ministerial order, any form of camping is prohibited in any site classified of the Mont Blanc, so including the bivouac. Only the base camp of Tete Rousse allows 50 tents. Please contact the guardians of Tete Rousse before mounting to indicate your wish to camp.

The Mont Blanc ascent is a high montain itinary, dizzy and exposed with natural hazards: rock falls, crevasses, avalanches and often extreme weather conditions are likely to occur. It is crucial for your security that you are well trained and prepared for the ascent, equiped and informed about the conditions.
